How does the VIP areas reservation process work?

If it is a static map, he will be able to choose an area and you will assign him the exact location that is optimal for you.If the client makes a special request, you and your team will assign the location on the map manually, according to the client's requirements.

Is there an option to manage cancellations of VIP area reservations?

There is a list of all cancellations, where you can see all customers who, for one reason or another, will not be able to attend the event. From there you can, for example, also manage the refund of the tickets.
Another situation could be the access to the venue. If a customer does not comply with the conditions of the event, you can cancel the reservation and, therefore, proceed to refund the price of your reservation. This last process can be done through the check-in app.
